There seem to be more cases these days of whistleblowers seeking Sarbox protection. Public companies are now burdened with institutionalizing the process of dealing with such complaints. Specifically, Sarbanes-Oxley requires that audit committees must deliver processes to deal with financial reporting complaints, guaranteeing confidentiality and anonymity.
