As active as ever...

The audit industry is as active as ever. The tax environment continues to morph, as does the business model. At some point you have to wonder if the margins on standard audits are really worth it. Would it be better financially to sign up a client as a tax client of a consulting client. I wonder. Consulting seems to have the upper hand. It reminds me a bit of the old trader vs. banker divide at investment banks. -JK
